INSTRUCTION

In simple speaking, adding fiberglass chopped strands to epoxy or polyester resin is like adding re –bar to concrete. Fiberglass Chopped Strand can be used to increase the ability of resins to bridge gaps, The Fiberglass Chopped Strands act to make resin stronger, Chopped strands increase mechanical strength, and tensile strength impact resistance, compressive and flexural strength, They improve dimensional stability, minimize distortion at elevated temperatures, Fiberglass Chopped Stand is the important raw material for PA/P6/PA66/PP/PBT etc. It used as the reinforcement in the thermoplastic such as engineering plastics and in thermosetting resins, such as polyester and phenol resin. Thermoplastics are used in a wide range of industries, including the automotive industry, electrical and electronics industries, household products, pump casing, anticorrosion chemistry and exercise equipment etc. Also it is easy to control the cost and it is the most ideal choice of the current constructional fibers.

[HOW TO USE]

--Mix your resin and hardener, or catalyst

--Next add your Fiberglass Chopped Strands

--It is best to use a paint mixer on your power drill to ensure that all of the strands are properly saturated, thick layers and large pour areas can create excessive heat, so proceed with caution.

[PACKING]

PA/PP used Fiberglass Chopped Strand packed in kraft bag, 25 kg per bag, 40 bags per pallet, the net weight will be 1000kg per pallet. Then 20 pallets in a 20 feet container, the totally net weight is 20 ton.

[STORAGE]

PA/PP used Fiberglass Chopped Strand should place under dryness condition and shall not be open the covering membrane until applying

[READ BEFORE USING]

They should be added where increased strength is needed for bonding, filleting, and fastening with resin

[CAUTION]

Dry powder materials can build up static charges, Proper precautions must be taken in the presence of flammable liquids

[FIRST AID]

Fiberglass Chopped Strand can cause eye irritation, harmful if inhaled, may cause skin irritation, harmful if swallowed

Avoid contact with eyes, and contact with skin, Wear goggles and face shield when handing. Always wear an approved respirator. Use only with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat. Spark and flame. Store handle and use in a manner that minimizes dust generation

In case of contact with skin, wash with warm water and soap. For eyes immediately flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation continues seek medical attention. If inhaled, move to a fresh air environment. If you have breathing difficulties seek immediate medical attention
